Abay House is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization owned and operated by a disabled veteran family. We provide a safe, drug-free, and supportive environment for women who are transitioning from difficult situations and willing to live in a structural environment.
Abay House will serve as a temporary residence for women aged 18-64 who may be experiencing homelessness, struggling with substance disorder issues, or facing other challenges as they reintegrate into society. Our goal is to offer a stable and nurturing environment where women can receive the support and resources they need to successfully navigate this transition period.
Our transition house residents will have access to a range of services and programs designed to address unique needs. This will include transportation services to counseling, jobs, meetings, appointments, and other community resources. We believe that by providing comprehensive support and transportation, we can help the residents overcome the barriers they may face and empower them to build fulfilling and successful lives.
We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive space where women can feel understood and supported. Our staff will provide compassionate care and connect women with the services and resources that will best meet their individual needs. We are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of women and believe that everyone deserves a chance to thrive on their new journey and create a brighter future for themselves and their families.
